So you’ve bought your domain… Now What?

Hey how’s it going everyone?  Today I just wanted to share a few very quick an painless ways of getting your website ranked by good within 3-8 hours….

So you’ve bought your domain and developed your website and don’t know how to get ranked by google or get traffic to your site.

Here are a few very simple and painless ways of having your site ranked by google very, very quickly.

  1. Before you do anything you want to have some, if not all your content already on your page
  2. go to some forums that deal with what your website is talking about and start blogging on their sites…. write responses to other people blogs or write your own. The reason for doing this is so you can put your website as a link in the signature field at the bottom of every post. What that does is drive traffic to your site very quickly and it also create entry links to your site… probably the most important factor in getting your site ranked!!
  3. SUBMIT, SUBMIT, SUBMIT your site to as many different social networks as possible!!

If you carry out each of these 3 steps in a timely manor, you should see your site get ranked by google or yahoo very quickly!!

Hope this helps all your newbies out there!!

What is Web Estate and how do I get involved?

Web Estate – is the almost the exact same thing as real estate, except BETTER!  It just like real estate in the sense of purchasing homes for a set price, and then making some changes to the house so you can list it for a higher price then what you purchased it for.

Now there is 2 very profitable things that you can do on the web that are almost guaranteed to yield positive profit margins.

  1. Buying website that are already established.
  2. Buying prime keyword domains.

Buying a Well Established Website and Why…

  • Now you might ask what you would do with a website that is already designed and well established… The reason that you would purchase a well established website that is for sell, is so that you could make some design changes… add your own little twist to the site and then turn around and list it on sedo, snapnames, moniker, afternic and make a LARGE profit… depending on how many good keywords are in the domain name.

Prime Domain Names and what to do with them…

  • There are two things that you can do with just a domain name…
    • One is Park it and make a profit off of everyone that types that domain name into the search bar, and clicks on a link on that parked domain.
    • The other thing is you can purchase the domain name and turn around and also sell it for a LARGE profit.

Unlike real estate, domain’s can bring you almost 20 times the amount of money that you put into purchasing the domain name.  In real estate you’d be lucky to be able to make double the amount of money that you put into the house.  For example, I purchased 2 domains the other day… one was bookvegashotels.net and bookvegasvacations.com. I purchased both of those names for right about $18 dollars together. I took both those names and contacted people that deal in the travel agency in Vegas, and ended up selling both the names to Bryan Allison at Vegas.com for $2,500 dollars a piece!  There is a lot of potental for this business and there is plenty of room for everyone.  The only problem is you have to be very selective of what you purchase!! You can’t just purchase any name and turn around a make a profit.

If this has been helpful, please let me know by leaving a comment at the bottom of this page!

Thanks!
